Terms of Service: 

 

  1. 1. You must be 21 years of age or older to join Lucky Street Elite rewards program, earn points, or redeem any gifts or awards. 

 

  1. 2. EARNING POINTS - Members will be awarded 5 point(s) for each “Check-In” made at participating locations. In order to earn points by “checking in,” members must “check in” from the inside of the gaming rooms of a participating location. 

 

  1. 3. Lucky Street Elite reserves the right to increase, decrease, or modify the value of points, rewards, or the amount of points any member may earn or receive per “check in” or any other manner in which a member can be awarded points.  

 

  1. 4. Lucky Street Elite Rewards offers and discounts cannot be combined with any other offers. 

 

  1. 5. No purchase is necessary to join the Lucky Street Elite reward program. 

 

  1. 6. Gift Cards: Earned or accrued points can only be redeemed for gift cards listed or provided by Lucky Street Elite. Points are not earned when gift cards are used as payment. 

 

  1. 7. All transactions will send an Email or SMS notification with the number of points you earned on the transaction. You can view all purchase history in your account. 

 

  1. 8. Your profile will show the total points in your account, rewards earned but not yet redeemed, and any incentive offers you are eligible for. 

 

  1. 9. You may receive complimentary offer incentives via Email or SMS. Incentive offers may be issued in recognition of events, such as birthdays and anniversaries. 

 

  1. 10. Offers, incentives, and rewards may only be redeemed by the reward member and are non-transferable. 

 

  1. 11. Lucky Street Elite may modify or substitute offer values and rewards of comparable value without notice. 

 

  1. 12. Lucky Street Elite, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to discontinue the reward program at any time with or without notice. In the event the program is discontinued, outstanding points earned and incentive offers made may still be honored. 

 

  1. 13. Lucky Street Elite reserves the right to discontinue your membership privileges and void your point balance if Lucky Street Elite has reason to believe that any points are accrued or redeemed improperly or in violation of these Terms of Service or any other applicable restrictions. 

 

  1. 14. The employees, or their family members, of Lucky Street Elite are not eligible for memberships nor able to earn or redeem points. 

 

  1. 15. The employees, or their family members, of any participating locations are not eligible for memberships nor able to earn or redeem points.

  1. 17. Lucky Street Elite reserves the right to modify these Terms of Services, or any other applicable restrictions, in their sole discretion, at any time, with or without notice. Members’ continued use of Lucky Street Elite’s rewards program constitutes acceptance and consent to these Terms of Service or any other applicable restrictions.
